During public holidays, promotional campaigns, or high-order volume periods, processing times may be extended.

📍 Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

📍 Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, and public holidays.

## Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order details. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

## Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most locations across Bangladesh.

For faster order processing, customers may choose to pay the delivery charge in advance via bKash or Nagad and share the transaction ID for verification.
